Hey folks - kind of slow right now, waiting for rookies to be brought in to hear how they look out of the gates. Anxious to hear about Floyed / Massie / Fleming etc. and not only their first practices, but also confidence / attitude. Let's take a quick review of the upcoming dates after the jump....
Found the below dates published on Arizona sbnation:
May 11-13: Mini-camp for the new rookies taken in the NFL Draft takes place, with five practices taking place over three days.
May 14: Cardinals Charities Golf Tournament at Whirlwind Golf Club
May 22-24, May 29-31, June 4-7: Voluntary organized team activities with veterans and rookies. These are where the OTAs take place, which are generally voluntary but helpful to new players.
June 12-14: Mini-camp for veterans and rookies begins. Five practices over three days and is probably mandatory.
June 24-27: NFL Rookie Symposium takes place.
Have already heard all sorts of words out of the Redskins camp about RG III from their rookie camp. Also read about a few of the rookies the Jets picked up over at -
So I'm ready to hear about our new guys out there!! Do you think Floyd is as confident / cocky as Hill, or will he be more of a soft-spoken, actions-louder-than-words type of guy?
As far as who will be there in May: we're still waiting to hear what happens with Haggans / Holliday and most importantly - Calais.
Will the Cards retain Haggans or Holliday? Will Calais come in for voluntary activities or wait until mandatory activites? How will Floyd react to the media frenzy? Can't wait for the season! Go Cards!!!!
