As many of you are probably aware of, LaDainian Tomlinson, one of the best running backs to ever enter the NFL, retired last week after signing a one day contract with the San Diego Chargers. Tomlinson will go down as an amazing rusher that many young players will strive to be, but there is one flaw in his résumé .

LT retired, as many players do, without winning a Super Bowl ring. But according to Pro Football Talk, he doesn't seem to care all that much. He stated that football is a team sport and that through all of his individual accomplishments, he would rather enter the Hall of Fame than to have won a ring. Many players would disagree with this sentiment, but Tomlinson is one to speak his mind.

So the question for today is this: Would you rather see your favorite player win a Super Bowl ring or be inducted into the Hall of Fame? Tell us in the comments section.
