A day removed from our win of the Seattle Seahawks and after watching a few series of the game it's easier to assess the plays and players from the game. One entire series stands out to me... Lets take a look.
William Gay would be called for the next interference call this one more questionable. From one angle it appeared that Gay was on top of his man when the ball got there, the other angle it appeared he got there before the ball arrived. This was on 3rd down from the 13 yard line, giving the Seahawks seven free yards and another first down.
And now we wrap up the Bonehead play of the game with.... The mysterious 4th timeout that was awarded to Seattle. Those of us watching from the Telly, had more understanding of what was going on than the Refs. Refs have that little pocket book and write down the penalties that occur and when teams use up Timeouts... Well the refs didn't seem to understand that ANY injury occurring within the 2 minute warning, whether the clock is running or not, is a loss of a timeout for that team..
Well enough of me rambling, do you guys have a different play in mind?
