Judgment Call vs. Wrong Call

Let's say the Seahawks scored a TD on that last play. Could the Cardinals have played the game under protest because of the botched call on the timeout?

On judgment calls that turn out to be wrong, there is no recourse. However, on a clear violation of following the rules, could the Cardinals have played the game under protest--and somehow convinced the league to turn back the clock and play out the game a second time without the timeout?
