After another heart stopping performance from the #CardiacCards, I decided to pop in the game tape and break down what I saw from our RBs. So here are some stats I put together of each RB, when they were the featured RB on the drive.It is followed with a drive by drive breakdown of Beanie Wells and Ryan Williams and what I gathered after watching the tape and compiling the #s.

Both RBs are not putting up great #s but we are getting W's so thats all that matters. But if Beanie is preforming like last year, he slows down that pass rush and they can keep the defense honest with the play action. I believe we could be, dare i say, "49er-ish"if we feed the Bean and have a lot of success doing so this season. Beanie needs to be fed the ball to produce- he isnt Jamal Charles or Darren Sproles (even LSH) whos game is based off of a small amount of touches. I honestly would like to see LSH touch the ball more than Ryan Williams, LSH has been the most impressive RB on the team thus far! Ryan Williams is significantly cutting into Beanie Wells's production, he is literally struggling to get past the line of scrimmage and struggling to hold on to the football. I don't see why he is getting to touch the ball so much. I watched coaches film from the Seattle game and all he does is tippy toe around. Just my opinion and observations, let me know what you guys think of the RB play thus far.
