Are we in for the dreaded (Letdown?)

Stay connected for news and updates

2 weeks does not a season make. The Card's have shown resiliency and fight! To show for it? 2 wins! To be honest though? I thought we outplayed both teams we faced. I say that without a hint of homerism! Our Defense is establishing itself as something to be feared! Not a bad thing to fall back on when things get real!

However? Our offense is still a mystery to me. An unknown quantity. I still feel a bit shaky about what to expect from Kolb! Will he have a meltdown? Is Skelton close to being ready? Is Lindley ready to go in case of injury? How will the team respond to a really bad QB performance? Will Whiz figure out how to put Kolb in the best possible positions to succeed? Everyone knows we have trouble scoring. Can we continue to avoid turnover's?

Inevitably most teams have a letdown game during the course of the season. The Eagles,to be honest? I have not watched them play much. Seems though, they have also shown some resiliency as well! Something has to give on Sunday. We have the advantage of being at home. Now we all know as Card's fans to curb our enthusiasm. Will this be the dreaded Letdown game? Honestly? Sometimes at home, the team seems to be lackluster! Is this team different from previous versions? You know? Where they go out and do not even show up?

So much of sports is about confidence and belief! It will be interesting to see how the Card's respond to one of their biggest wins in years. I am hoping we see a team on Sunday that is not satisfied, and still hungry! If not? We just may see the Card's get smoked! Here's hoping the Card's do not have that dreaded (Letdown) Game this week! We beat the Patriot's,and that was thrilling, But a loss this week would really be a huge disappointment.

Even a hard fought loss would not be so bad? But please guys? Do not give us that dreaded (Letdown?)
