Cardinals vs. Dolphins: What to watch for

What should you be looking out for as the Cardinals host the Miami Dolphins later on today? We have all the answers right here.

The Cardinals enter into what many would consider the easiest game on their schedule so far with a 3-0 record, looking to remain undefeated by beating the 1-2 Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins, although the underdog in this game, come in with more advantages than some many think.

One of the biggest factors going against Arizona is their health. Star Darnell Dockett is not likely to play in today's game after injuring his hamstring in his last outing against the Eagles. Accompanying him may be Adrian Wilson, LaRod Stephens-Howling, Todd Heap and possibly fullback Anthony Sherman. These would all be huge losses for the club, making their job that much more difficult.

With those players, all of whom play key roles for the team, out, the Cardinals will rely on many young athletes to fill their roles. Look for players such as Rob Housler, David Carter, Rashad Johnson and most recently acquired fullback Reagan Maui'a to see extended snaps.

Another thing to watch for will be the amount of pressure can get on young Dolphins quarterback, Ryan Tannehill. After talking with the writers over at The Phinsider, it seems that he has done well in evading pressure so far in his rookie campaign, but then again, he has not faced a defense like the Cardinals' yet. Yes, he is mobile, but will it be enough to get away from the speed that the Cardinals possess on that side of the ball?

How will Arizona rotate through their running backs? With Stephens-Howling doubtful to play and Beanie Wells on the IR for the next 8+ weeks, there will need to be some decision making. Ryan Williams will get the bulk of the carries, but look for William Powell and Alfonso Smith to share a bit of the load as well.

Lastly, it is always fun guessing how Kevin Kolb will perform. Will this be the week that he finally comes back down to Earth, making fans start chanting for John Skelton to re-enter the game? My guess is no, but let's see how he does before we jump to any conclusions.
