There is nothing KC can offer a head coach that AZ couldn't--it would just be a tit for tat conversation. Now, Haley is not responding to a request to be interviewed; a further indication that little 'B' may have demons of his own he needs to exercise before we can get excited about our organization again. Clearly, his "plans" to rebuild after firing Whiz have not been thoroughly thought out.
We fired our entire offensive staff including the head coach and so did 6 other teams. And while most consider this a smart move because of the win/loss record, I'm not one. This team was completely and utterly devastated by injury on the offense side of the ball. Did we need change in the coaching staff, yes; but not through nuclear destruction.
If you're going to do a clean swipe on one side of your coaching staff, you had better have plans stamped in concrete before you do. There are limited opportunities in this league and if you miss or come-close, you lose and lose hard. Allow me to introduce Kevin Kolb as example #1.
And while little Mikey is trying to show he's not his father, he is showing his inexperience. To jump out of the QB Carousel Frying Pan into the Coaching Carousel Fire is not going to help build any confidence in this fan base that is hanging on to a thread.
