Week 15: Fantasy Results from the Cardinals and around the League

Jim Brown-USA TODAY Sports

The Cardinals barely eked out a win in overtime against the Tennessee Titans, as they improved to 9-5 on the year.

In the world of fantasy football, several Cardinals were able to translate their performances on Sunday into high scoring fantasy outputs. And considering it's Playoff time in Fantasy Football, those of us with Cardinals players on our teams could really use the extra help.

Here are the fantasy results from the top scoring Cardinals players, as well as the top league performers at each position:

Arizona Cardinals:

1) Rashard Mendenhall - 18 Points: Mendenhall played a huge role in the Cardinals high scoring victory, as he rushed 21 times for 69 yards and two TD's. Mendenhall has really revitalized his 2013 campaign, as he has now scored at least one TD in 4 of his last 5 games.

2) Andre Ellington - 15 Points: Although the rookie out of Clemson failed to score a TD against the Titans defense, he did churn out a solid performance, as he collected 71 yards off of 10 rushing attempts. However, what really drove up his score was his 4 receptions for 87 yards. Ellington's versatility as a RB and as a WR should make him an attractive option for the 2014 fantasy season.

3) Jay Feely - 15 Points: Feely had a big day on the field, as well as in the fantasy world. In addition to kicking the 41 yard game-winning FG in overtime, he also had a 25 and 47 yarder to complete his day. This resulted in Feely being the third highest scoring Kicker for Week 15.

League-wide:

QB) Nick Foles, Philadelphia Eagles - 33 Points: Foles has quickly established himself as a formidable fantasy QB. Completing 33 of 48 attempted passes for 428 yards, 3 TD's, and 1 interception, as well as rushing 5 times for 41 yards, if you're like me and started Foles, you most probably came away from the performance swearing to draft Foles again in the coming year.

RB) Jamaal Charles, Kansas City Chiefs - 51 yards: This is just crazy. It might be on the "Peyton Manning - Week 1" level of crazy; that's how incredible this is. Rushing only 8 times, the Chiefs RB was able to produce 195 yards for an amazing 4 TD's. This helped lead the Chiefs to a 56-31 victory over the Oakland Raiders, clinching them a Playoff spot.

WR) DeSean Jackson, Philadelphia Eagles - 25 Points: The Eagles had another top scorer on their team, as Jackson brought in 10 receptions for 195 yards and a TD. Unfortunately for Philadelphia, it wasn't enough to secure the win, as the Eagles went down to the Minnesota Vikings 30-48.

TE) Timothy Wright, Tampa Ray Buccaneers - 14 Points: Wright proved to be one of the sole bright spots for the Buccaneers, as he managed to bring in 7 receptions for 82 yards and a TD against the vaunted 49ers defense. His team wasn't able to follow his lead, however, as they went down to San Francisco, 14-33.

Defense/Special Teams) Seattle Seahawks - 22 Points: Intercepting Eli Manning 5 times, and completely shutting out the New York Giants offense in a 23-0 victory, all helped the Seahawks maintain the NFL's best record (12-2).

(Note: Fantasy results are based off of standard ESPN.com scoring rules. These point totals should correspond to most fantasy sites.)
