I know a lot of people were not a fan of Whisenhunt. Even with that I believe that most fans agree that under Whisenhunt the Cardinals drafted very well. Were they perfect? No, the QB selections, not selecting offensive lineman and failing to find a pass rusher hurt the team. However I think the Cards hit on more draft picks than they missed under Whiz.
Arians is the new guy and I'm not sure of how he will draft. I want to believe he will have the Steeler mentality of selecting players with the future in mind, that he won't chase need and will look to build a dynasty. However, he could get all whimsical on us start selecting some random players. That would make me a sad panda.
One thing I have always been able to pride myself on is that the Cardinals draft well. Wilson, Boldin, Fitzgerald, Dockett, Campbell, Washington, Peterson, and other hits like Breaston, LSH, Massie, Dansby, Roberts and so on.
Do you believe Arians will draft well? I'm nervous, but optimistic.
