Albert Haynesworth's Signing Coming Redux?

Come Tuesday, at the start of the NFL league year - free agents are well, ..free to sign with whichever agency they desire..if the team reciprocates the feeling. And while, IMO, the only Arizona Cardinal player worth re-signing is CB Greg Toler, teams aren't immune to making bad decisions when it comes to other franchise's guys able for resale.

Flashback: 2008 Tennessee Titans Albert Haynesworth coming off a very productive season parlayed it into a 7 year 100 million contract with 40 mil guaranteed for the Washington Redskins.

Reality: 2009 Redskins. Not that good. Out of the league in 2 years.

And it happens every year. On the Cards ledger, remember Emmitt Smith? How could you not. One injured shoulder later, was retiring and signing for a day with the Poopkickers.

Dexter Jackson, SB MVP with Tampa Bay. One and done back in 2003.

Don't get me started on Stewart Bradley and Adam Snyder...

For every Bertrand Berry, Kurt Warner, there has been a Joey Porter.

Just don't want to see a redux of the 2008 offseason when Boldin, Dansby and Rolle left. And IMO, Toler needs to fit the bill and stay.
