Are the cards shopping Brian Hoyer?

After pouring over the post draft evaluations on a number of web sites,i came across a few references that claimed "inside information"from the cardinal organization about the desire to shop Brian Hoyer & try to get a pick or player for him because"were paying him too much"as a third string qb & need to consider "other options going forward,"
Dont know if its commentators trying to generate some speculation in the post draft let down phase in their news cycles or if there is actually some substance to this rumor,(perhaps someone on the community has some info. on this-in that case please share!)
*on a side note:was wondering why the cards didnt snap up Tyler Bray @ the end of round 7 since he went undrafted,or why they didnt consider drafting Zac Dysert @ 219 & then getting D.C.as a priority free-agent instead if they really wanted him-go figure!
