Although in all seriousness Tommy Kelly is not Michael Keatons brother in Johnny Dangerously, he represents another in a series of calculated gambles by the Keim administration in its early two year reign. Last year, lest we forget, Steve Keim brought in what at the time many called bargains, or players past their prime to shore up a team he believed could compete in the vicious NFC West. Players like Dansby, Abraham, and a seemingly unwanted Eric Winston. Keim is at it again this year with Larry Foote, Desmond Bishop, and his latest Kelly. Kelly it seems was in fact wanted, but for a cheaper price by Coach videotape but Keim saw something and snapped Kelly up. Has the Cardinals GM swooped in and stolen from the master Belichick? Just like last year, it remains to be seen, but at the very least, this is an active organization who is not afraid to roll the dice. So what is your guess, is Tommy Kelly this years version of Karlos Dansby, John Abraham, or just a marginal fill in of an Eric Winston type?
