Is Rashad Johnson A Liability In The Secondary?
I think we can all agree that Mr. Johnson is in his make-or-break season with the Cardinals. If he doesn't step up this year, I think he will be out. Last season, we had Richard Marshall come in for the bigger 3rd down plays at safety, which seems to indicate to me that the coaching staff does not fully trust Johnson. Do you? .....
Greg Toler Back on The Field For First Time Since Injury, Trying To Overcome Physical And Mental Blocks
The Arizona Cardinals, after losing Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie in the Kevin Kolb trade, were planning on relying heavily on Greg Toler last season. Unfortunately, that never came to fruition. Toler tore his ACL last preseason and did not touch the football field all season long because of it.
Less than a year later, Toler is back. Only, this time, he will need to prove himself in order to gain his starting role back alongside the young superstar, Patrick Peterson. According to Darren Urban from AZCardinals.com, he plans on doing just that.

NFL Rules Changes Extend Trade Deadline, Allow Player On IR To Return In Season
In Atlanta, the NFL owners are meeting and have made a move to change a couple of rules. Aside from the new requirement a season from now that obligates all players to wear thigh pads and knee pads, there are two changes that have been approved that actually affect teams and players.
The trade deadline, previously after Week 6, now is pushed back to after Week 8.
The other allows teams to bring back one player from injured reserve after Week 8 and back to practice after Week 6.
Patrick Peterson Makes NFL Top 100 Players
Cornerback Patrick Peterson had himself quite the rookie season for the Arizona Cardinals. He did not have quite the defensive impact yet, but that was not expected right away in Ray Horton's schemes. However, on special teams he was a difference maker. He set a rookie record for punt return yards, he returned four punts for touchdowns and he blocked a field goal.
He even made the Pro Bowl as a returner.
Now his fellow players honor him by having gotten him on the list of top 100 players.
