Seattle on a Mission

When the Arizona Cardinals face the Seattle Seahawks Sunday, a lot hangs in the balance. Most importantly - the playoff hopes of the Desert Birds. Nearly as important - and very much related - the division race.

Seattle knows it. Arizona knows it. In short, this game is going to come down to who wants it more. And in a tight division race like this, that's tough to predict, though Lofa Seahawks may not agree.

You see, their defense has something of a vendetta when it comes to Arizona. Last time these two teams faced off, week 2, the Cardinals won and Edgerrin James had his first 100 yard game of the season. This past Sunday was the second time this season he's eclipsed the century mark - in between he's been somewhat disappointing.

So the target is on Arizona's back. How they respond is paramount to fans. We want to see a victory in this game more than any other this season. It's the division race on the line. It's the playoff hopes on the line. It's hope in general on the line.

Unfortunately, Arizona may be without the team's two top receivers, Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin. The latter especially is troubling because of recent word he may miss the remainder of the season.

Ouch.

Regardless, this game ultimately may decide the fate of Arizona's season. Heck, maybe it'll set the tone for the remainder of Seattle's season as well.

Don't miss it.
