Arizona Cardinals Fly Around the NFC West

As you might have guessed the Cardinals aren't the only team that's camping rightNfc_west_medium now and it's always a good idea to keep an eye on the competition, especially the three teams that make up nearly 40% of the schedule every year. With that said here's what the rest of the teams in the West are dealing with:

St. Louis Rams: It looks like if the season started today that Dante Hall would be the #3 receiver, as well as the return man. That's pretty surprising for them, but he's played that role before. They are starting to get concerned about the injury situation as the bumps and bruises start to add up, and after last season who can blame them. The biggest news out of Rams camp though is that Steven Jackson, who's entering the final year of his rookie contract, is a camp holdout. They're working on a new contract, but for Rams fans, this can't get resolved quick enough.

San Francisco 49ers: The Niners have their question marks heading into camp and learning a new offensive system is never easy, just ask Matt Leinart. They're managing though and if you're interested in daily updates of their practices, Niners Nation has you covered. They also got some bad injury news when Michael Robinson went down with a torn meniscus and he'll miss 3-5 weeks. They've also had to release a wide receiver and sign another one, although there were some unusual circumstances surrounding this roster move.

Seattle Seahawks: The Hawks are staying on top of all things camp related with regular practice updates as well. They've also got an interesting look at the new offensive line coach and how a certain coach style could lead to injuries. In an effort to fill out the receiving corps they signed former 49er, Bryan Gilmore and are questioning whether Terry Glenn is worth a look.
