With the week's games coming up, it is time to get set for making picks. I know that we all have a little fun with the ROTB Pick'em game. I am straight even at .500 -- 20-20. But now ROTB is going to give you our picks using the the spread. If you want to try your hand at picking against the spread, join the SB Nation Arizona pick contest weekly contest which you can join here (ID: 55411, PW: arizona)

Carolina Panthers at Atlanta Falcons (-4): Atlanta historically does well at home, but Carolina has been king of almost winning. While I don't expect a Carolina victory, I do see the trend continuing of the Panthers making things interesting.
Pick: Carolina +4
Indianapolis Colts at Cincinnati Bengals (-7): Everything points to a Bengals victory. They are at home, they have an above-average defense and the Colts are starting Curtis Painter. However, Indy seems to be in every game they play. I see a Bengals victory, but with Indy keeping things interesting. Pick: Indy +7
San Francisco 49ers at Detroit Lions (-4.5): For Cardinals fans, this is the most important game of the week, because the Niners need to lose to allow a glimmer of hope for the Cardinals. No one is quite sure what to think about Alex Smith's success, but Detroit's defensive line is for real and their offense is potent -- clearly the best that SF has faced. Pick: Detroit -4.
St. Louis Rams at Green Bay Packers (-15): The Packers are a machine and they are at home. The winless Rams, though, are coming off a bye with an extra week to prepare. It won't matter. Sam Bradford and company will not be able to handle Lambeau. Pick: Green Bay -15.
Buffalo Bills at New York Giants (-3.5): Buffalo has been one of the great surprises of the year and the G-men are fresh of a butt-kicking at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks. The only road win that the Bills have so far is from opening weekend in Kansas City. Expect a bounce-back win for the Giants. Pick: New York -3.5.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Pittsburgh Steelers (-12): Pittsburgh is coming off its finest performance and is playing against a rookie-led squad at home. Is there any other result other than a blowout? Pick: Pittsburgh -12.
Philadelphia Eagles (-2) at Washington Redskins: This Philly team is just too talented to keep floundering. Washington has been solid, but then again, two of their wins are against the 1-4 Cardinals and 0-4 Rams. Pick: Philly +2.
