Philadelphia Eagles at Seattle Seahawks (+3.0): These two teams won their divisions a year ago, but are now both 4-7. Likely the league wishes they could change the schedule for Thursday night. To make things worse, Michael Vick and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie are out for the Eagles and LeSean McCoy might not play, although it looks like he will. For the Seahawks, Sidney Rice has been placed on IR and starting QB Tarvaris Jackson is out with his pectoral injury. Jackson has not been awful and Rice is their biggest playmaking threat. While Vince Young has not been spectacular, he certainly will be a better option than Charlie Whitehurst. Pick: Eagles -3.0.
