For this weeks video, we are going to take a look back to the 2008 season that we all have fond memories of. As you might have guessed by the title, this is from the Week 2 game against the Miami Dolphins where Kurt Warner put up his third career game with a perfect Passer Rating of 158.3. That also has him tied with Peyton Manning and Ben Roethlisberger for the most games in the regular season with a 158.3 Passer Rating of all time.
In this game, Warner completed 19 of 24 passes for 361 yards and three Touchdowns. His other two games with a perfect Passer Rating were with the Rams. The first was against the Bengals in 1999 during a 38-10 win (17 of 21 for 310 yards and three Touchdowns), and the second was against the Chargers in 2000 during a 57-31 win (24 of 30 for 390 yards and four Touchdowns).
I'm also wondering how his game against the Packers in the 2009 playoffs didn't earn a perfect passer rating because he was almost as perfect as you can be in that game (he had a 154.1 passer rating in that game). Some stuff from that game will also be featured on here soon though.
I apologize for having nothing besides the awful NFL.com video player videos for this week.
