Kevin Kolb has thus far been as controversial a figure in Arizona sports, long before even being an Arizona sports figure. Fans here on ROTB have been debating the move that finally took place today. And as it was said in the press conference, wins are going to be what matters.
Now as Kolb's new Cardinals teammates have been mixed in their reactions to the trade, not really because of Kolb, but because of the loss of a teammate that has been well liked is leaving. But starting on day one, he is starting to win guys over.
Darnell Dockett, the most vocal of the Cardinals about getting a quarterback was a bit reserved at the news of the Kolb trade.

This is one of the things that personally I'm buying from Kolb. He is a leader, he has confidence and he's going to make his teammates better.
Obviously he has to perform, but he is starting out on the right foot.
