Sunday afternoon I was back at NAU to watch the Arizona Cardinals in their training camp. As I was with my two sons, I had to keep an eye on them, but they were able to land a few more autographs. Today was Levi Brown, Daryn Colledge, Greg Toler, A.J. Jefferson and Stephen Williams.
Hit the jump for my observations of the workout.
The crowd: Once again, a solid turnout. It was, though, small than Saturday's practice.
Injuries: once again, it was a pretty clean practice. Stephen Williams looked like he may have twisted an ankle. Larry Fitzgerald's sweet touchdown catch was the other perhaps injury. He was slow getting up, but received no assitance.
A.J. Jefferson: He was lined up opposite Fitz and made some great plays. He impressed more than once.
DeMarco Sampson: Obviously it is just two days into training camp, but Sampson looks great. His size and speed lend themselves well for the NFL. So do his hands, at least what he showed on Sunday. He's my "keep an eye on this guy" player so far.
