NFC West Roundup: Pass-Happy Teams, PB&J And Quarterbacks Performing Under Pressure

While we wait for an official diagnosis on Ryan Williams (it's not going to be good) let's take a look at what our NFC West opponents are up to. The rest of the NFC West teams play tonight, so seeing how their teams perform could start giving us an idea on who's ahead in the Andrew Luck race.

Here is your NFC West Roundup.

St. Louis Rams:

Faulk likes McDaniels-Bradford pairing - NFC West Blog - ESPN

Marshall Faulk is one of the great all-time St. Louis Rams running backs who still works very closely with the team today. Mike Sando from ESPN sat down and talked to him about his thoughts on the offense Josh McDaniels will be installing and how Sam Bradford will adjust to it.

Seattle Seahawks:

QBR: Warner, Hasselbeck and playoffs - NFC West Blog - ESPN

Sando digs into the stats to see how Kurt Warner and Matt Hasselbeck faired during playoff performances by looking at their QBR's. We know Kurt was a performer during the big moments, but it is surprising to see that Hasselbeck wasn't too shabby himself.

On the Seahawks' pass-rushing prospects - NFC West Blog - ESPN

Some pass-rushing stats from Sando about the Seattle Seahawks. As you will see, a lot of their sacks come from the secondary and defensive backs.

Seahawks Blog | Russell Okung back at practice to a limited extent | Seattle Times Newspaper

While Russell Okung recovers from an ankle injury, Tyler Polumbus will be taking over as the starting left tackle. I have the feeling it's going to be a long year for Seattle.
