NFL Picks Against The Spread: Tim Tebow's Magic Is Gone In Wild Card Sunday Games

The Sunday games of wild card weekend have intrigue. You get Eli Manning and his Giants who fought their way into the playoffs. You also get Tim Tebow vs. Ben Roethlisberger, where good faces evil and the Broncos will face a championship defense.

Our picks against the spread for these two games are after the jump.

Atlanta Falcons at New York Giants (-3.0): The Giants are not getting any more love than the standard home spread. Atlanta has been a one and done team far too long. They will fight and fight and keep the game close right to the end. The difference is that Eli Manning is clutch. Pick: Giants win, but take Falcons, +3.0. Final score: Giants 30, Falcons 28.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Denver Broncos (+8.5): Tim Tebow gets a home playoff game. Amazing. However, he faces a two-time Super Bowl champ in Ben Roethlisberger, who simply knows how to win. Tebow's magic seems to have faded and has played badly in his last couple of games. Evil (Big Ben) will triumph over good. Pick: Steelers, -8.5. Final score: Steelers 27, Broncos 6.
