The Arizona Cardinals offensive line continues to struggle after a loss to the Buffalo Bills. The Bills' defensive linemen, namely Mario Williams, had a field day against the Cardinals, recording 5 sacks and injuring Kevin Kolb. The protection both in the run game and in passing has been the Achilles heel of the Cards for far too long, but just to reinforce my point, Pro Football Focus released yet another article discussing how bad they truly are.
PFF looked at all tackles that have taken at least 150 snaps in pass protection and, almost needless to say at this point, D'Anthony Batiste and Bobby Massie were graded as the worst two tackles in the league. They have given up not only the most pressures combined, but also have the worst Pass Blocking Efficiency grade, a measurement PFF uses to evaluate linemen.
Oh, and check out this tweet sent by PFF on Wednesday:
The Buffalo O-line has allowed a league best 31 total pressures (sk, hits, hurries). AZ league worst at a mind-bending 112 already

I really don't need to say more, do I? The Cardinals need to upgrade and do so before their next quarterback gets hurt. These two, to me, are a good barometer for how the team does. If they play well, the Cardinals seem to win. If not, the game is either incredibly too close or they lose. We will see if that belief holds true throughout the season.
Sorry if I depressed you. I guess it has become my job.
