With the Arizona Cardinals and Minnesota Vikings set to kick off at 10 AM Arizona time, the two teams have released their inactive lists for the game. For both teams, there are no real surprises. Quarterback Kevin Kolb and safety Kerry Rhodes are not playing because of injuries sustained a week ago, while starting tight end Todd Heap is once again inactive, still recovering from a knee injury he sustained when hit illegally against the New England Patriots.
Here are the lists for both teams:
Cardinals:
- TE Todd Heap
- G Senio Kelemete
- QB Kevin Kolb
- FS Kerry Rhodes
- FB Anthony Sherman
- CB Greg Toler
- LB Reggie Walker
Vikings
- G Mark Asper
- QB McLeod Bethel-Thompson
- DB Brandon Burton
- LB Audie Cole
- SS Mistral Raymond
- DE D'Aundre Reed
- WR Jarius Wright
With Kolb out for the Cardinals, it means that John Skelton gets the start and that rookie Ryan Lindley is just a play away from being thrust into the lineup.
With Walker out, you might think that Stew Bradley would get some playing time behind Paris Lenon, who also has been nursing a sore knee. However, Lenon rarely comes out of games and last week in the same situation, Bradley saw one play on defense.
