Arizona Cardinals final injury report: Everyone practices, Darnell Docket questionable

Lots of players are questionable and Ken Whisenhunt still will not say much about the quarterback situation

Jennifer Stewart-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

The Arizona Cardinals left for St. Louis on Wednedsday after a light morning practice. Everyone on the team participated in practice in some degree, although many were limited. Defensive lineman Darnell Dockett was still limited and the general feeling is that he will try to play, but might be held out or will have his snaps limited if he does play.

Quarterback John Skelton again fully participated in practice, but head coach Ken Whisenhunt said that he is not yet 100 percent and would not commit to what Skelton's role would be, even whether or not he would be the backup against the Rams. Per the team website, Coach Whiz said regarding the return to health of Skelton and the starting job, "At some point, when we feel like, based on what (Skelton) has done in practice he is ready, we'll have a decision to make."

You have to imagine that it will be difficult for Kolb to be sent back to the bench after a 4-0 start, having led game-winning and game-tying drives late in games and leading a start-to-finish manhandling of the Philadelphia Eagles. But Whiz is content with saying nothing until Skelton is actually 100 percent.
