Bad bad bad news. Know where this leaves us? LaRod Stephens-Howling, William Powell, and Alfonso Smith. Guess who fits the run up the gut scheme? No one.
We're running low on backs obviously, and Free Agency is clearly thin of talented players at that position.
Players of interest are Chester Taylor, Joseph Addai is out there, Jerious Norwood, too. Not big time players, nor are they permanent fixes to our runningback mess, but they can fill in till Wells comes back or to help us hold over till next season.
There's also the possibly of a trade too. Michael Bush is backing up a productive yet, injury prone Matt Forte, so he'll come at some sort of cost, a second round pick and Doucet?
We're thin here, and next to O-Line we have to get this fixed whether during the season, or in the Draft.
So what do you think we should do? Carry on till Wells comes back or trade or Free Agency?
