The Arizona Cardinals and the Detroit Lions both have a few injuries that could affect game planning for Sunday. For the Cardinals, two defensive linemen -- Dan Williams and Ronald Talley sat out of practice for the second day in a row, as well as Calais Campbell being limited. Clearly, the defensive line is going to be a little thin.
Additionally, receiver Early Doucet has not practiced this week. He is listed as having a concussion, so he will have to be cleared medically to be able to return to practice.
Thinking about it, while it stinks that Dan Williams has not practiced this week, considering the amount that the Lions throw the ball, the Cardinals defense will probably spend almost the whole game in nickel, which is when Williams comes off the field.
The Lions are bot at full health. Defensive lineman Nick Fairley and tight end Brandon Pettigrew sat out of practice.
Here are the full injury report listings for both teams:
Cardinals:
Did not practice: Williams, Doucet, Talley
Limited: DT Nick Eason (ankle), S Kerry Rhodes (abdomen), WR Andre Roberts (calf), CB Greg Toler (hamstring)
Practiced fully: TE Rob Housler, LS Mike Leach, RB Beanie Wells
Lions:

Limited: S Don Carey, S Louis Delmas, CB Chris Houston, WR Calvin Johnson, CB Jacob Lacey, DE Ronnell Lewis
