NFL week 16, Bears vs. Cardinals: Marshall probable, Doucet ruled out for Cards

Brian Urlacher has been ruled out for the Bears, while Early Doucet and newcomer Mike Gibson will not play for Arizona.

Greg M. Cooper-US PRESSWIRE

The final injury report is out and it appears that, overall, the Cardinals may have fared better than the Bears. Chicago will be without their future Hall of Fame linebacker, Brian Urlacher once again. He has already been ruled out for Sunday's game. For the Red Birds, Early Doucet is still dealing with concussion symptoms and Mike Gibson has some calf issues. Neither of them will participate in the game.

Here are the full injury reports:

Cardinals

DNP- Early Doucet (concussion), Mike Gibson (calf)

Both players have been ruled out.

LP- Quentin Groves (foot), Nate Potter (knee), Anthony Sherman (knee), Dan Williams (hamstring), Rashad Johnson (hamstring), James Sanders (calf), Rob Housler (knee), Ronald Talley (ankle)

All of the limited participants are questionable to play. The only player that I would worry about is Talley, who might still be dealing with that ankle issue.

FP- Mike Leach (back/shoulder), Calais Campbell (calf), Greg Toler (hamstring)

All three full participants are probable.

Bears

DNP- Brian Urlacher (hamstring), Blake Costanzo (calf)

Urlacher is out, but Costanzo is listed as questionable after being a limited participant on Thursday.

LP- Henry Melton (chest), Tim Jennings (shoulder), Earl Bennett (concussion), Jonathan Scott (hamstring)

Melton is doubtful to play for the Bears, which is good news for Arizona, as he has been a force for the Bears this season. The other three limited participants are questionable.

FP- Geno Hayes (knee), Brandon Marshall (hamstring), Shea McClellin (knee)

All three full participants are probable, which means Patrick Peterson will have his hands full with another top flight receiver in Brandon Marshall just one week after matching up against Calvin Johnson.

Enjoy the game!
