The season finale is already upon us and the Cardinals look to keep their losing streak at one game by beating the 49ers in Candlestick Park. Here is all the info you will need to watch the game.

The end of the season is already here. It has been an ugly one for the Arizona Cardinals, so for their fans, the end is likely a welcome sight. The Cards will look to avoid a two-game losing streak by defeating their hated rivals, the San Francisco 49ers, in Candlestick Park on Sunday. If the Cardinals win, they have a shot at allowing the Seahawks to leapfrog the 49ers for the division title. Either way, the odds are against them.

Kickoff time: 4:25 PM EST/2:25 PM MST, Sunday, December 30, 2012.

Where: Candlestick Park, San Francisco, California.

The game will air on FOX and is not a nationally televised game. Tune into channel 10 in the Phoenix area to catch the game.

National radio info:

Tune into SIRIUS channel 112 for the away (Cardinals) broadcast or 92 for the home (49ers) one. Westwood One will also be carrying the game. Check your local listings.
