There are many teams interested in Peyton Manning's services for 2012. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, as many as 12 teams have already been in contact with Manning's representatives. We have not heard yet of whether or not the Cardinals are among that group to already touch base, but if they are not, assuredly it will be soon.
There is an image floating around the Internet that has Peyton Manning donning his No. 18 in different team colors. (Isn't the Internet and aren't photo editing software the best?) The Cardinals are featured, along with the Seahawks, Redskins, Dolphins, Titans and Jets.
Maybe it's just because I am a homer (and really I am), but if you look at this image, you have to think that the one that looks the most natural is the Cardinals uniform.
He looks too much like Matt Hasselbeck in Seattle's and Washington's just makes me laugh.
Am I wrong? Doesn't the Cardinals' uniform look better on Manning than any other one?
