Not a lot going on right now, yesterday was a day for all of the other teams in Arizona to preform for us. And they all lost.
Fun....
Arizona Cardinals News:On the clock: Surprise team from NFC West - NFC West Blog - ESPN
Dilfer, Chris Mortensen and Mel Kiper Jr. focused on several other potential surprise teams in the "On the clock" video above. Dilfer explained his thinking on the Seahawks later in the segment. He likes Matt Flynn's addition and Seattle's ability to play pass coverage. Quarterback perceptions can be volatile. In my view, negative perceptions regarding Kevin Kolb have made it easier for analysts to discount the Arizona Cardinals' 7-2 record to finish last season. The feel was quite different last offseason, before Kolb had played for the team and struggled.

Case of deja vu as Phoenix Coyotes lose to Chicago Blackhawks
The script was so eerily similar to that of Game 1 it almost seemed planned. The Coyotes fell behind early, rallied, lost a crucial component of the lineup, and then watched a late lead disappear with only a few ticks of time left on the game clock. But unlike the first rendition in which the Coyotes rebounded in overtime, the Chicago Blackhawks used their surge of momentum to deliver the final punch at 10:36 of the extra period to take a 4-3 win in front of 17,539 at Jobing.com Arena on Saturday night and earn a 1-1 series tie in the Western Conference quarterfinal series.
Todd Helton lifts Colorado Rockies over Arizona Diamondbacks
The conditions were miserable at Coors Field on Saturday night -- rainy and windy with temperatures in the 30s and 40s -- but manager Kirk Gibson wondered if fellow Michigander Josh Collmenter might find himself right at home. "Maybe it'll be great for him," Gibson said. But it felt like most of the other outings Collmenter has turned in since the beginning of spring training. He struggled to locate his pitches, and the Colorado Rockies pounded him, scoring five runs in four innings before a heavy rainstorm brought upon a 1-hour, 11-minute delay at Coors Field. The Diamondbacks nearly were able to overcome Collmenter's struggles, but Todd Helton made sure they didn't. With the rain coming down again -- perhaps harder than it had all night -- Helton golfed a two-run, walk-off home run off closer J.J. Putz in the bottom of the ninth, lifting the Rockies to an 8-7 victory, their second comeback win in as many days against the Diamondbacks.
Phoenix Suns can't keep pace with San Antonio Spurs
San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich recently left his Big Three -- Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili -- at home for a one-game trip to Utah. Asked when he knew he would, Popovich said, "When the schedule came out." Suns coach Alvin Gentry might have been able to say the same for the outcome of his team's final visit to San Antonio this season. Saturday night marked the Suns' eighth game over 12 days in eight cities and pitted the Suns against the West's best home team. But the 105-91 loss without a challenge went even worse than the score indicated at AT&T Center.
Arizona Wildcats football: Offense explodes in spring game
The University of Arizona football team's first spring under coach Rich Rodriguez ended exactly the way it started, with talk of baby steps and closing speed, embracing new schemes and destroying old habits. On Saturday, UA showed enough progress to warrant promise. Arizona put up 597 yards of offense and scored 10 touchdowns at its annual spring game, played in front of 4,800 at the Kino Stadium. However, a handful of costly turnovers marred what could have been a breakthrough performance.

Rams trade up? A little bit of skepticism - NFC West Blog - ESPN
The St. Louis Rams' need for a wide receiver has not diminished in recent days. But would the team really trade up two spots in the 2012 NFL draft to select Oklahoma State's Justin Blackmon with the fourth overall choice? I do not think that is likely, but a recent report caught my attention.
Charles Rogers Threatened To Kill His Mother Over $100,000 - From Our Editors - SBNation.com
Former first-round pick and Detroit Lions wide receiver Charles Rogers has dealt with tough times since he's been out of football, dealing with alcohol related incidents, marijuana possession, and even being ordered to pay back a little over $6 million to the Detroit Lions franchise. Not much compares to Rogers latest incident with the law, however. Rogers surrendered himself to authorities last week and has pleaded not guilty on charges for allegedly threatening to kill his own mother if she didn't pay him back $100,000.

John Mara: NFL "evolving toward" eliminating kickoffs | ProFootballTalk
The NFL’s decision last year to move kickoffs from the 30-yard line to the 35 may have been the first step toward moving kickoffs out of football completely.
