Time for some links, as we find out that former Cardinal Deuce Lutui has left to the Seahawks in Free Agency after being on the bench all of last season due to his weight.

We thought guard Deuce Lutui had left the Arizona Cardinals via free agency last summer. This offseason it has happened again, as the free agent has agreed to terms with the Seattle Seahaws, according to the team's official Twitter account.

Kerry Reed came back in front of a defender to snare Nick Davila's 6-yard pass in the end zone with five seconds left and the Rattlers rallied to beat the Spokane Shock 57-53.

Suns blow late lead, fall short vs. Nuggets
The Suns had a prime chance to move into a tie for the No. 7 spot in the West. Instead, they fell 105-99 to the Nuggets and stay outside the playoff picture.

Listening to the Gregg Williams audio to his players the night before they played San Francisco put an emotional charge into me and filled me with a darkness only Edgar Allen Poe could understand. I haven't felt that melancholy in a long, long time. The man is good at what he does…or did. Most likely, Gregg Williams will never coach in the NFL again.

The Seattle Seahawks have closed out the week by adding three players. The team has announced the acquisition of guard Deuce Lutui and linebacker Barrett Ruud, and the return of cornerback Roy Lewis. Lutui, who played for Seahawks coach Pete Carroll at USC and who spent all six of his NFL seasons with the Cardinals, became a reserve in 2011, with 15 appearances and no starts. He had been a full-time starter for four full seasons.
