Afternoon Open Thread: What Do You Make Of Chad Johnson Being Arrested?

It was reported yesterday evening that the Dolphins' newest receiver, Chad Johnson, was arrested for domestic battery. According to multiple reports, Johnson's new wife, Evelyn Lozada, found a receipt in her car that sparked the confrontation between them. From there, Johnson proceeded to headbutt her, causing some major laceration damage to her forehead.

After having a less than productive year with the Patriots in 2011, it was unknown as to whether the man formerly known as Chad Ochocinco would even get another shot in the NFL. Luckily for him, Dolphins new head coach Joe Philbin decided he deserved another shot.

With all of this just happening, we have to speculate as to what will happen to one of the biggest enigmas in football. The team is still investigating the matter, but if they find everything that the police seem to have found, his role with the Dolphins could be cut shorter than expected.
