News is moving fast. Not long after the news that Andy Reid is close to becoming the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, something that Adam Schefter said could be finalized by the end of the week, it is now being reported that former Philadelphia Eagles and, most recently Cleveland Browns, general manager, Tom Heckert, is the leading candidate to take over for Rod Graves as GM of the Arizona Cardinals, according to XTRA 910 reporter/broadcaster and known Cardinals insider Mike Jurecki.
Hearing Tom Heckert could be coming joining Andy Reid in Arizona as GM. #Cardinals

Heckert has a scouting and player development background with the Miami Dolphins and Eagles, and was promoted in Philadelphia eventually to the GM position, working with Andy Reid when they went to five NFC title games and a Super Bowl.
He was the GM in Cleveland for three season before being fired on Monday.
