The Baltimore Ravens and the San Francisco 49ers move on to the conference title games on Saturday.

We now know two of the teams moving on to the AFC and NFC Championship games. The Baltimore Ravens shock the Denver Broncos in two overtimes, while Colin Kaepernick destroyed the Green Bay Packers to lead the San Francisco 49ers back to the NFC title game.
