The Arizona Cardinals began their practices preparing for the San Francisco 49ers on Wednesday and despite the start of the week being generally healthy, their injury report had several names, especially on defense.
Only one player missed practice, and that was linebacker Kenny Demens, who hurt his hamstring last Sunday. The rest of the players listed were all limited, with the exception of offensive lineman Daryn Colledge, who was a full participant with his shin injury.
Here are those who were limited -- John Abraham (shoulder), Jasper Brinkley (groin), Darnell Dockett (groin), Larry Fitzgerald (hamstring), Rashad Johnson (finger), Kevin Minter (hamstring), Ronald Talley (wrist), Daryl Washington (knee).
Based on what head coach Bruce Arians said on Monday, it would seem that only Demens is likely to miss the game on Sunday.
The San Francisco 49ers were a bit more banged up. 15 players found their way on the report.
Out: WR Quinton Patton (foot)
Did not practice: DT Ray McDonald (biceps), DT Justin Smith (shoulder)
Limited: CB Nnamdi Asomugha (knee), G Alex Boone (shoulder), G Mike Iupati (shoulder), QB Colin Kaepernick (foot), WR Marlon Moore (quad), T Joe Staley (knee), WR Kyle WIliiams (knee).
