The Arizona Cardinals and Philadelphia face one another in Philly in a Week 13 matchup that has playoff implications for both teams. To get ready for the game, as part of our pregame coverage, I was able to chat with Bleeding Green Nation lead writer Brandon Gowton, who did double duty this week. Not only did he answer five questions for our weekly feature, he also gave us 25 good minutes on Revenge of the Birds Radio.
I asked him about both sides of the ball for the Eagles, Todd Bowles and Billy Davis (both teams have a defensive coordinator that held the same job for the other team previously), Nick Foles and the season is having, matchups he is excited for and matchups he fears and a prediction.
He predicted a 23-20 Eagles win and likes the matchup of the Philly defensive front against the Cardinals offensive line -- especially Fletcher Cox.
He is not excited for the defensive backs against the Arizona receivers.
