After Saturday, where rumors of the Arizona Cardinals perhaps being big players in the free agent market, Sunday was quiet. There was nothing new to talk about and no new names.
Here is what we know:
The team has had contract talks with Greg Toler and Rashad Johnson, their own free agents. The team has not spoken with LaRod Stephens-Howling's representatives since Rod Graves was fired. Nothing has been said about Quentin Groves.
The Cardinals have been connected to running back Reggie Bush, offensive lineman Ramon Foster, receiver and kick returner Joshua Cribbs and cornerback Sean Smith.
Arizona is also supposedly going to go after a top safety. Some speculate they could be looking at Dashon Goldson.
Today is the final day of the tiptoeing around the new "legal tampering" rules, which allow teams to have contact with player agents, but not players and no visits.
What do we expect on Monday? Nothing more and nothing less than possible speculation...and hopefully some news about Toler and Johnson.
