There was no real "action" for the Arizona Cardinals in free agency, but the have targeted a few players. Some are set to visit, some appear ready to sign and one already signed elsewhere.

First, they did not get to meet with tight end Delanie Walker. He has reportedly signed a four-year contract with the Tennessee Titans. Walker said on the radio that the Cardinals were one of three other teams that were interested in him.

According to Alex Marvez wrote for Fox Sports that linebacker and special teams standout Lorenzo Alexander and receiver/kick returner Joshua Cribbs are leaning toward signing with the Cardinals.

Other players are reported to be set to visit the Cardinals.

Quarterback Drew Stanton is rumored to be connected to the Cardinals, and could mean the end of Kevin Kolb.

Running back Rashard Mendenhall is set to visit Arizona, but also is being courted by the Denver Broncos. However, a report has come out that states he is likely to sign with the Broncos.

Linebacker Ray Maualuga tweeted that he is on his way to Arizona.

Colts CB Jerraud Powers is going to visit with the Cardinals as well.

The latest to come out is that free agent safety Laron Landry has the Cardinals on his list of teams to visit.

Will any of these visits bear the fruit of a contract? The coming days will tell.
