2013 NFL mock drafts: Mike Mayock, Mel Kiper weigh in one last time

One last set of projections before the real thing happens

Debby Wong-USA TODAY Sports

Well, today is the last day to share mock drafts. That would be because the actual NFL Draft happens tonight. As a result, the big dogs in prognosticating have weighed in one last time. ESPN's Mel Kiper published his mock draft 5.0, while NFL Network's Mike Mayock shares his one and only mock.

What do they say about the Arizona Cardinals?

Mayock says offensive line but it isn't a tackle, and it isn't Chance Warmack. He has them selecting Jonathan Cooper.

Pass rusher Dion Jordan makes sense, but I really think Arizona needs help inside on the offensive line. I kind of like their tackles, believe it or not. Cooper is the most agile and best pass blocker of the interior offensive linemen in this draft.

Kiper gives credence to the Cooper pick, but goes with a guy that should fit in schematically on defense -- Dion Jordan.

I know they really like Jonathan Cooper as well, but this is one of those points where I believe the value of Jordan as a potentially dynamic pass-rusher in this scheme could outweigh the temptation of a player you know will be really good, but at a position you typically fill later in the draft. So I'll project a lean towards Jordan here, but won't be surprised if the Cardinals opt for an offensive lineman. They certainly need one.

In SB Nation's final mock draft, the Cards take D.J. Fluker.

What will actually happen? we'll find out soon!
