Arizona Cardinals Day 3 picks: Who are the best players remaining after Day 2?

The Arizona Cardinals are due up twice in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. They have the sixth and 13th picks in the round. There are some very quality players available still.

SB Nation's Dan Kadar put together a list of the best players still remaining and available.

If you are keeping score of needs and picks for the Cards, they have added an offensive lineman, added an inside linebacker and also a defensive back.

They need help with the pass rush and could use help at running back and tight end. The team would like a speedy receiver, and they might look at quarterback, too.

Who could be possible targets?

Number three on Kadar's list is Alex Okafor, who would fill the team's need of a pass rusher.

Just after Okafor is Matt Barkley. Might the Cardinals take him in the fourth round? Other QBs Tyler Wilson and Tyler Bray are not too far from the top.

The Cards could also take a look at one of a few receivers -- Quinton Patton, Da'Rick Rogers.

Could they look at running back Marcus Lattimore, taking an injury flyer like they did with O'Brien Schofield a couple of years ago?
