Yes, this blog will have no mention of Carson Palmer, so look away if needed.
(Too late, already did it.)
With the Arizona Cardinals having a new head coach and staff, by NFL bylaws they are permitted to start workouts, instruction, physical therapy and hey - just actually talking to the players they will possibly have on their roster, two weeks earlier than established coaching regimes.
And believe it or not, they did on Tuesday, which the world of Twitter revealed.
The first step leading into the Organized Team Activities and Mini Camps was a CBA mandated voluntary session that team writer Darren Urban reported as well attended:
As expected, good turnout today for the #AzCards voluntary workout. My unofficial count was more than 50. Only 56 on roster.

Guard Daryn Colledge lets out a collegiate-like cheer with excitement like no other -until strength and conditioning coach John Lott gets a hold of him:
First day with new staff. Emotional, inspirational, motivational. This is a hungry staff and team. New Year!!! New #BIRDGANG!!! Lets Work!!!

Newcomer LB Lorenzo Alexander, evidently completely oblivious to Lott's initiation of pledges to the run to the top of Camelback Mountain gushes:
Great first day of school!

Hint: puking will probably send you to the nurses's office.
But the biggest Twit on what will probably be many Cards twits (not talking about you, younger sister Patricia) came from Justin Bethel on the day of opening day, yet the day after opening day. (Does that make sense?):
Cornerback it is #time2grind

Which is assumed to be that while some fans were thinking/hoping Bethel would be moved to safety, the higher ups have determined, rather quickly, that CB is the position he will play.
And another BTW, there was a Carson Palmer sighting at the informal workouts.
It must be a Flying Circus out there.
