The Arizona Cardinals are set, like the rest of the league, to start the season soon, which means fantasy football begins. One of the great writers at or national page for SB Nation did a fantasy football preview for each NFC West team. Yesterday saw the Cardinals' turn and we have full season projections for some key players.
Carson Palmer: 60%, 3,900 yards, 24 touchdowns, 20 interceptions (That's a lot of picks)
Ryan Williams: 8 games, 80 carries, 280 yards, two touchdowns (He is the top bust candidate for fantasy)
Rashard Mendenhall, Andre Ellington, Stepfan Taylor: (no predictions -- too hard to predict, he says) Mendenhall is worth taking a flier on as a number four back -- there's just no reason to think that you can invest a lot into any one of these guys, even if one of the ends up rushing for 1,000 yards, how could we predict which one it is? Wait on it.
Larry Fitzgerald: 90 catches for 1,300 yards, seven touchdowns
Michael Floyd: 60 catches for 800 yards, four touchdowns (He is tabbed as the sleeper of the group)
Andre Roberts: 50 catches for 680 yards, three touchdowns
Rob Housler: 50 catches for 500 yards, three touchdowns
What do you think of these projections? Fair or unfair?
