The Arizona Cardinals are counting on rookie guard Jonathan Cooper to improve the offensive line. He has looked good thus far in training camp and the preseason. However, the Arizona Cardinals may have suffered a big loss as Cooper left the game with a left ankle injury.
When he was on the ground, the players hovered around him, making it look serious. He had to be assisted off the field, being unable to put any weight on his left leg.
He was carted off the field and the team announced that he would not return.
Here is a tweet with an screenshot showing how he had his ankle rolled up.

We will know more details postgame, but the extent will likely not be known until tomorrow or Monday.
Chilo Rachal replaced him in the game.
