The Arizona Cardinals could be without the face of the franchise on Sunday when the team hosts the Detroit Lions in their 2013 regular season home opener.
Receiver Larry Fitzgerald is questionable for the game with a hamstring injury. He tweaked it during practice on Wednesday. Losing him would be a huge blow to the offense, especially with tight end Rob Housler already out for the game.
Linebacker and Pro Bowl special teams player Lorenzo Alexander is also questionable with a biceps injury.
Here is the full final report:
Out: TE Rob Housler (ankle)
Questionable: LB Lorenzo Alexander (biceps), WR Larry Fitzgerald (hamstring)
Probable: LB John Abraham (shoulder), DT Darnell Dockett (shoulder), RB Rashard Mendenhall (hamstring), WR Andre Roberts (quadriceps)
Here is how things look for the Lions:
Out: T Jason Fox (groin)
Doubtful: S Don Carey (knee)
Questionable: DT Nick Fairley (shoulder)
Probable: RB Reggie Bush (finger, groin), S Louis Delmas (knee), DE Jason Jones (knee), LB Ashlee Palmer (ankle), S John Wendling (ankle).
