The Arizona Cardinals will in fact be with star wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald when they host the Detroit Lions. He is among the 46 active players and will start the game. For the the Lions, they will be without starting defensive tackle Nick Fairley, who missed most of the week of practice with a shoulder injury. They will also be without starting right tackle Jason Fox. In their places, C.J. Mosley will start in place of Fairley and Corey Hilliard for Fox.
