NFL picks against the spread, Week 2: Don't count out the Steelers

The Steelers host the Bengals for a classic MNF matchup

Matt Kartozian-USA TODAY Sports

The AFC North has a lot of great rivalries. The Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals is one of them, and they will be facing off in a Monday Night Football tilt. Both Pittsburgh and Cincinnati lost in Week 1, but for this game, Vegas is not giving the Steelers much love.

Here is how we go for the game, in turns of the Vegas spread.

Steelers at Bengals (-7): Many believe that the Bengals could make it to the Super Bowl. The Steelers did not look good in Week 1. Despite the injuries that the Steelers have, history is on their side. Under Mike Tomlin, they have never been two games under .500. They absolutely own the Bengals at home, too. So while the Bengals may be the superior team, I expect nothing less than a dogfight. Also, with the trend in the NFL being close games, I will take the points. Pick: Steelers, +7.0.
