Arians reiterated how good a "team win" the victory.

He praised special teams for the field position, saying Detroit averaged starting at their own eight-yard line.

He praised the team for their growth and Carson Palmer's demeanor and example for not making the moment too big for the team.

He said a few players were "dinged up" but they will know more on Wednesday. He hopes tight end Rob Housler will be back on Sunday.

Arians said Calais Campbell "played a very dominant game" both against the pass and the run.

The young guys played well. He named Ronald Talley, D.C. Jefferson, Andre Ellington, Kerry Taylor and Jaron Brown specifcally.

He said that Ellington gives the team the element as a back that Rob Housler gives as a tight end.

On the pass play from Patrick Peterson to Kerry Taylor, Arians said that it should have gone for a touchdown. Taylor caught it and went out of bounds...just like he did it in practice.

On the third down woes, the players "aren't thinking enough." They are not paying enough to details. "There are no little things, there are only big things."
