The players participating in the 2014 Senior Bowl continue to work to show off their talents. However, according to SB Nation's Mocking the Draft's Dan Kadar, one player has stood out each of the first three days of drills. So far, that has been Pittsburgh defensive tackle Aaron Donald.
For the third-straight practice, Donald was disruptive in one-on-one drills and full team drills. If there is a spot for Donald in the first round of the draft, it could be the Chicago Bears with the No. 14 pick.
He was lauded for his explosiveness, despite his being a little short.
Someone also at the defensive line, Arizona State's Will Sutton,is showing good and bad. As he said in a recent interview, he has to work on getting his weight down. In Mobile, he weighed in at 315 pounds. He has to get that down. He has showed quick hands and quick feet, but that sometimes works against him.
Colorado State center Weston Richburg and Auburn cornerback Mike Davis also continued a good week.
Kadar said that perhaps the second best player of the week after Donald has been Notre Dame offensive lineman Zack Martin. The question remains as to whether he becomes a better tackle or guard in the NFL.
